Andrew has been trained as a chef and has 16 years of restaurant experience, managing all aspects of restaurant operations: from purchasing to quality control and human resource management. At Faithful To Foods, Inc., he brings his expertise to product development and production management in cooperation with production partners. Andrew holds a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois and an A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
